溴甲烷汽化器简介

溴甲烷汽化器主要供溴甲烷等熏蒸药物在低于16℃气温条件下为保证卫生除害熏蒸处理质量而使用。它能有效使熏蒸药剂在低温情况下经过汽化器加温达到完全汽化的目的。可以与移动式微电脑施药器配套使用。

该设备采用先进的加热介质及优质的保温材料，采用交直流供电，温控系统达到设定温度值后能自动控制停止加温，最高加热温度可达150℃，加热至100℃时间仅需30分钟，一次加温能连续处理十个以上标准集装箱。具有省电、环保、无须加换水、加温时间短、保温效率高，、整机重量轻、维护简便等优点。非常适合码头、无加热源及电源的现场及库房等作业场所。

该汽化器由广州进出口商品检验技术研究所自行研发，并获得专利（专利号：ZL200720052412.5），已应用于广东、湖南、湖北等检验检疫口岸。

该汽化器还可应用于需加热液化气体的场合，例如实验室特定气体施放检测、烟草、粮谷仓储除虫施药等。

Methyl Bromide Carburetor is a set of equipment used together with mobile microcomputer insecticide applier. It is used with fumigation medicine such as methyl bromide to ensure fumigation quality under the temperature of 16 ℃, and can effectively and completely vaporize fumigation medicine under low temperature via carburetor.

This equipment is made of advanced heating medium and high quality heat preservation material, and supplied by either alternating or direct current, with the characteristics of energy saving, environment protection, short time warming and high efficiency in heat preservation. Heating it for once can handle over ten containers.
