移动式微电脑施药器由广州进出口商品检验技术研究所与中国检验检疫科学研究院共同研发，拥有自主专利（专利号：200620124788.8），属国内外首创。主要用于瓶装液化药物（如溴甲烷、硫酰氟、环氧乙烷等）的定量控制施药，广泛应用于出入境货物检验检疫的室内外熏蒸处理。
该设备采用先进的传感技术及自主开发的微电脑控制系统，实现施药重量的精确测量，称重误差可达±0.01㎏；其自动打印功能，能清楚记录工作对象、操作人员的编号和药品名称、施药重量和日期时间等必需数据，实现施药过程的监控；该施药器自带可充电蓄电池，方便在码头等没有交流电源的地点使用，充电后一次可连续工作完成250个集装箱标箱的熏蒸施药（按48g/m3计算），操作简便，兼具推车形式，方便移动。
该施药器已在广东、厦门、湖北、安徽、新疆等13个省市检验检疫系统推广使用，从2005年第一批投入使用至今未发现质量问题，获得用户的一致好评，并在2007年列入《国家质检总局口岸卫生处理药品药械目录》。该设备还可以应用于其他需定量施放液化药物的场合，例如实验室试验检测、农业用精细施肥施药以及烟草、粮谷仓储除虫等。

Mobile Micro Computer Applicator is the first developed in China and the world at large. It is chiefly used in the quantificational application of bottled liquefied medicine (such as bromomethane, sulphuryl fluoride, ethylene oxide etc.), and widely applied in the indoor and outdoor fumigation in import and export commodity inspection and quarantine affairs.
The machine is equipped with advanced sensing technology, self-developed micro computer control system. The printing function ensures the easy recording of requisite information such as medicine description, quantity applied, working object, operator, day and time. The technology employed facilitates a precise monitoring on the whole procedure of the application. This applicator is equipped with an independent power system and trolly-wheels, which is convenient for operation and moving.
